Nowadays, we like to call Nueva Andalucia the Beverly Hills of Spain, due to the modern architecture. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses. A very safe and a friendly environment. The key attractions are the large residential estates and reasonable access to the highway and Marbella. Being a large residential area it has plenty of small commercial centres and restaurants for those who don't want to venture out on a rainy or sunny day. Near the beach are several small beach bars and luxurious beachclubs. Shopping-mall La Canada are reachable by car within 10 minutes and the villa is just a short taxi ride home from the Puerto Banús nightlife.
