Lakeside Three-Bedroom Apartment in Italian Lakes

This Maggiore Lake apartment is situated on the second floor of a brand new contemporary Italian Lakes villa and access to the property is via a lift or external stairs. Guests enter into a wonderful open plan kitchen, living and dining room. Floor to ceiling windows to the front of this space ensure that guests can make the most of the phenomenal lake views that this area enjoys. Doors lead out from here to a covered terrace, which also enjoys the most wonderful views over the pool below and across to the lake and mountains beyond. It is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as relaxed, comfortable sofa style seating, ideal for enjoying an aperitif! The kitchen is well equipped, modern and contemporary. There are also three good sized bedrooms in this Italian Lakes holiday rental. Two have double beds whilst the third bedroom can be laid out either with a double or two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, both modern with white sanitary ware. The family bathroom also has a bath tub making it ideal for those with children. The other bathroom is a wet room style shower room and can be fully adapted for wheelchair users if required. (Please let us know if you need us to add the hand rails and other aids). This Maggiore Lake apartment was constructed in 2014 and furnished to a high standard throughout. Outside guests enjoy use of an infinity swimming pool. Loungers are provided for lazy days by the poolside and there is a large area of the garden laid to lawn which guests are welcome to use. Air conditioning is available if guests would like to use it. This is charged at 0.50 euros per KW. Similarly, when required, heating is an additional charge payable locally based on consumption. A 24 hour laundry service is available free of charge for guests. Washing will be done on your behalf. And finally, should guests need it, there is a car charging point at the villa. This is available from May 2024 onwards. This is metered and guests will be charged for usage based on consumption. Please ask for more details.

Lake Maggiore and the area surrounding this apartment is stunning, with plenty to see and do. Visitors shouldn't miss a chance to visit the nearby lakeside towns of Arona and Stresa during their stay and a visit to the lake's beautiful islands is also a must! There are plenty of lakeside beaches nearby to enjoy and there are a number of water sport centres where you can enjoy waterskiing, kayaking or paddle boarding amongst other things. We also highly recommend hiring a boat and taking to the water to explore.
