No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property at all times. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Events and Parties: Please note that the hosting premises have a strict policy against hosting parties. We kindly request all guests to refrain from organizing or participating in any form of gatherings that involve loud music, excessive noise, or a large number of people. This policy has been put in place to ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all residents and to maintain the integrity of the space. Your cooperation and adherence to this policy are greatly appreciated. Only Registered Guests: Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted to stay on the property overnight. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please refrain from hosting visitors or unauthorized guests during your stay. Respect for Neighbors: Be considerate of our neighbors by refraining from loud noises and disruptive activities during quiet hours. Furniture and Amenities: Handle all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care to prevent any damage. Any damages resulting from negligence will be the responsibility of the guest. Pool Usage: When using the Pool, please keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours, to respect the peaceful environment. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you leave the property. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals. Parking: The property includes one guaranteed garage space, and occasionally a second may be available. Please note that the second space is sometimes occupied by the owner’s vehicle, which can be identified by a light visible underneath the car. NO Pets Allowed Pool & Hot Tub Heating: An additional fee is required to heat the pool and hot tub. We require 48 hours' notice and pre-payment for this service. Please note there is a two-day minimum for all heating requests. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and within any common areas of the complex. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment. No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. No EV Charging: Charging electric vehicles (EVs) at the property is not permitted.
