The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option. While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed. **Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance Recommendation We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place: • 100% Refund – Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. • 50% Refund – After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in. • No Refund – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others.
