The upper floor houses four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Three of these rooms feature twin beds that can be converted into doubles, while the fourth boasts a king-size bed. All rooms offer stunning sea views and access to a private balcony. On the lower floor, a specially designed bedroom accommodates guests with mobility needs, featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, this level includes a bunk room with four single beds, suitable for both children and adults. A communal bathroom, a fully equipped gym, a hammam, and a wine cellar with a selection of fine wines complete this floor. An elevator provides easy access to all levels.

The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost, requiring at least seven days' advance notice. As of 2024, a resilience fee to the climate crisis applies, as per article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94). The fee is 15€ per night per villa from April to October and 4€ per night per villa from November to March, payable in cash upon arrival.
