Bondi to Watsons Bay The Bondi to Watsons Bay is an 8km one-way walk, it spans a beautiful stretch of coastline on Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. If you don’t have time to do the whole 8km walk, you can start the walk at Dudley Page Reserve and end at Watsons Bay. Please NO PARTIES. Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules are subject to suspension or removal from Airbnb’s platform. During your stay in my listing, I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government's Code of Conduct for the short-term rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the code of conduct, You also agree to: - Treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels. - Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and - Follow my House Rules. Please be mindful of air conditioning, and turn off when leaving the studio apartment and only use it when sliding doors are shut.
