This property requires a minimum stay of 5 nights. A security deposit of €5,000 is required. Daily housekeeping is provided for 8 hours per day, along with towel and linen changes, laundry, and pool maintenance. Breakfast preparation is included (food costs separate). A tourist tax of €2.20 per person per night must be paid on-site at the end of the stay. Pets and smoking are not permitted. The villa is wheelchair accessible and suitable for families, romantic retreats, groups, and honeymoons. Events are not allowed.
