This 340 m² villa is set on a 1500 m² plot and features a thoughtfully designed layout ideal for group stays. Inside, the entrance hall leads to a spacious living room with a piano and fireplace, as well as a dining area that opens onto the marina. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, two refrigerators, and a cooktop. An additional kitchen is also available. Guests can unwind in the cozy TV lounge with sofas and a second fireplace, or gather in a separate dining room that accommodates ten guests. The villa offers five double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and a master bedroom, along with five bathrooms featuring showers or bathtubs. Outdoors, several terraces with dining tables and sun loungers allow for full enjoyment of the marina views and Mediterranean sun. A chlorine-treated swimming pool is available for guest use.
