Spanning 125 square meters across two floors, this villa accommodates up to six guests in complete privacy. The ground level includes an open-plan living area with a neutral-toned design, a sofa, 50" Smart satellite TV, and Bluetooth speaker. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a kitchen island with two bar stools. On this level is a bedroom with a king-size Coco-Mat bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning, 44” Smart TV, and direct access to the pool. The upper floor includes two bedrooms. One has a king-size Coco-Mat bed, ensuite shower bathroom, air conditioning, 44’’ Smart TV, and balcony access. The other features a king-size Coco-Mat bed that can be converted into twin beds, an ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, 43’’ Smart TV, and a private balcony. Outdoors, the 120 square meter space includes a 20 sqm private swimming pool (1.40m depth), two sunbeds, two sez long chairs, and side tables. A pergola-covered dining area and BBQ corner with an electric grill and sink complete the outdoor amenities. A poolside shower is also available.

Set in a quiet village just 5 km from Chania’s Old Town and Venetian Harbor, the villa is ideally situated near Agioi Apostoloi Beach. The area is known for its family-friendly coastline, calm waters, and soft sand. Other nearby beaches include Chrissi Akti, Glaros, and Kalamaki. Taverns, supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are all within short walking distance, providing convenience during your stay.

Housekeeping is provided every day except Sundays and public holidays. For stays of 5 to 7 nights, one linen and towel change is included. For stays longer than 7 nights, linens and towels are changed every 4 days. As per article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), a climate resilience fee applies from 2024: €2 per night (April to October) and €0.5 per night (November to March), payable in cash upon arrival. Some construction work is ongoing in a neighboring property. While no guest disturbances have been reported, this is shared for full transparency.
