The first settlements in the area date back to the 10th century and the first palaces were built in the 12th century. Palazzo Garzoni Moro has been built in the 15th century and it has been restored completely in 2017. It is composed by a large residence facing the Canal Grande and privately owned and 8 apartments in the rear part of the Building all facing the private courtyard, the nearby canal and the Venetian roofs. Despite being close to most attractions and tourist’s routes for the Guggenheim Foundation, Accademia di Belle Arti, Museo Franchetti, Palazzo Giustiniani and Palazzo Fortuny it is extremely quiet.
