The chalet is arranged over two floors and accessed via a private entrance. On the ground floor there is a bright, fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, steamer, coffee machine, fondue and raclette sets, kettle, kitchenware, and linens. This flows into a dining area and a snug sitting room with a fireplace and TV with more than 150 channels. Upstairs, the bedroom is designed as a flexible living and sleeping space, featuring a high-quality double bed that folds away to reveal a built-in sofa. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, WC, washing machine, and separate tumble dryer. Outside, there is a small seating area with a table and chairs.

The property is located in the heart of Zermatt, next to the church square and the main shopping street. Despite its central position, it sits in a quiet cul-de-sac, offering a calm atmosphere within the historic village center.
