A covered terrace provides a seating area and a fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen with a fireplace. For children, there is a playground with swings and a slide. The ground floor features modern interiors accessible through sliding walls from the terrace. This level includes a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a table for ten guests, and a modern kitchen with a kitchen island. One bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower bathroom is also located on this floor. In a separate area of the ground floor, there is a wellness room with a jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, and a shower. The basement level is dedicated to entertainment and includes a room with a pool table, table football, LCD TV, seating sofa, and a minibar with bar stools. The first floor contains four bedrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 9:00. A security deposit of €1,000 is required. Tourist tax, villa manager service, baby cot and highchair, towel change once per booking, bed linen change upon request, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and parking are included.
