The elevated position of the property requires climbing 55 steps from the entrance gate to the front door, which may make it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or families with very young children. Check-in is preferred from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. A security deposit of EUR 2000 is required. Housekeeping is included with cleaning once a week on Wednesday and towel and bed linen changes on Saturday; tourist tax is also included. Additional services available for an extra cost payable in cash directly to the cleaner include light cleaning with towel change (95€), weekly linen change (185€), and general villa cleaning (250€).
