This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 65” Smart TV. King beds with a large dresser in all bedrooms for your clothes. Full closet with shelves and hangers. Note: No tvs in the two guest bedrooms. In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with stools. The family room has a leather sofa that is a sleeper sofa that can be used to sleep on if needed. Large dining table. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, please note that the pool is not heated. There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77. Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. ** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. **Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors are allowed, all guests must be registered. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape.
