This renovated 40 sqm duplex apartment is located in a quiet area of Val Thorens. It is situated close to the resort center and ski slopes, with the sport center and Caron shopping center just a few meters away. The apartment accommodates up to six guests and offers comfortable spaces for a mountain stay. The resort is part of the famous Les 3 Vallées ski area, known as one of the largest ski areas in the world and recognized multiple times as one of the best resorts in Europe and globally.

The duplex apartment measures approximately 40 square meters and is arranged to host up to six guests. It features two bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite bedroom with a shower, along with an additional sleeping corner. There is also a separate shower room and a separate toilet. The living room opens directly onto the kitchen area, creating a shared space for relaxing and dining. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances including a cooking surface, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine is also available in the apartment. A television is provided in the living area. The apartment includes a balcony, however it is not usable.

The nearest ski slopes are about 200 meters from the apartment, with the closest slope being Plein Sud. The closest ski lift is Peclet located around 550 meters away. The ski school is also about 300 meters from the property. The resort offers many winter activities both on the slopes and within the village.
