The same level includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, closet, air conditioning, and a private balcony with mountain views, along with a communal bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washing machine. The upper level has three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds, while the third has a king-size bed. Each upper-level bedroom has air conditioning, a closet, Smart TV, and access to a private balcony. Three en suite bathrooms are located on this level, with showers in the bedrooms specified as having them. The balconies offer mountain views, while two also have sea views. Outside, there is a private 40 sqm swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 m, sun loungers, umbrellas, pouf beds, an outdoor lounge area for six guests, and an outdoor dining area for eight guests. A gas barbecue grill, outdoor shower, and private parking are also provided. The property has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, an iron and ironing board, and a washing and dryer machine combo. The kitchen amenities include a blender, oven, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, cooking utensils, refrigerator, juicer, dishwasher, toaster, wine cooler, kettle, microwave, and mixer. The property is situated in the peaceful hillside area of Drakona, a village just outside Kolymvari in the wider Chania region. The surroundings provide a secluded setting with views of the Cretan Sea, mountains, and countryside. Kolymvari and the surrounding area offer access to beaches, local tavernas, wineries, supermarkets, and coastal villages. The location also provides access to destinations including Balos Lagoon, Falassarna Beach, Elafonissi Beach, and historic monasteries in the region.

A climate crisis resilience fee applies at €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is paid in cash upon arrival. Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00. Only guests included in the confirmed reservation may stay overnight, and the maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. Events require prior approval. Smoking is not permitted indoors and is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Pets are not allowed except for service animals with prior management approval and the required documentation. Furniture and beds must not be moved from their original positions. Towels and linens must remain at the property, and towels are not permitted for beach or outside use. Pool towels are provided exclusively for the pool area. Garbage must be kept outside the property and disposed of in the designated bins. Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult when using the swimming pool. Air-conditioning doors and windows should remain closed while the units are operating. Hot water is available throughout the day through solar heating, with an additional heater system available through the electrical panel if needed. For stays of 5–7 nights, one cleaning service with a change of bed linens and bath towels is provided.
