The villa is arranged over two levels and combines comfortable indoor living with a private outdoor area. The fully equipped kitchen provides the facilities needed to prepare meals, while the dining area accommodates four guests. An additional guest can sleep on the living room sofa upon request for an extra charge. The sofa measures 1.10 × 2.20 metres and is suitable for adults or children. The ground level also includes a bedroom with two single beds measuring 0.90 × 2.00 metres each. The beds can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. The bedroom has air conditioning, a hairdryer, and direct access to the yard. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. On the upper level, the second bedroom features a king-size bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 metres, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. A separate bathroom with a shower is available on the same level. The outdoor area measures approximately 93 sqm and includes a private swimming pool measuring 2.50 × 5.00 metres, with a total surface area of 12.50 sqm and a depth of 1.40 metres. Pool heating is available upon request under the applicable seasonal conditions. Guests can also enjoy sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue with a dining table designed to accommodate all guests. Free street parking is available.

The property is situated in Imbros village, in the Sfakia region of Chania, in the foothills of the Lefka Ori mountains at an altitude of approximately 780 metres. Located on the Imbros plateau along the road from Askyfou to Sfakia, the area offers a quiet rural atmosphere and panoramic views of the rugged Cretan mountains. The surrounding region offers opportunities for hiking, exploring the natural landscape, and experiencing the local culture. A taverna and an ATM are both approximately 130 metres away, while a minimarket is around 160 metres away.

Pool heating is available upon request and requires at least three days' advance notice. From May through 15 June and from September through October, pool heating is provided free of charge, with a target temperature of approximately 26–27°C depending on weather conditions. From 16 June through the end of August, pool heating is available for an additional charge, payable in cash upon arrival. Three days' advance notice is required. A climate crisis resilience fee applies per villa per night. According to the supplied information, the fee is €15 per night from April through October and €4 per night from November through March. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival. The villa is part of a complex containing three independent villas.
