Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. The outdoor pool is regularly serviced. Leaves or minor debris may appear between cleanings, especially after changes in the weather. The pool technician may access the backyard through the side gate during your stay. BACKYARD ACCESS: Landscaping and maintenance teams may access the backyard once or twice per week through the side gate to maintain the outdoor areas. PETS: Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. HOUSE RULES: No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted at the property. No smoking inside the home. SECURITY: Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the property and driveway for safety purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home. GENERAL: The home includes a large outdoor space, so occasional insects typical to Texas may be present despite regular pest control.
