Jardim do Sul Apt 6 is a welcoming ground floor apartment located in the peaceful village of Fuseta in the Algarve. Set within a pleasant complex with gardens and a large shared swimming pool, the apartment offers a comfortable and relaxed setting for a holiday close to the coast.The apartment sleeps up to two guests in the double air conditioned bedroom, and one guest on the sofa bed. The lounge provides a comfortable space to relax with sofas, TV and Wi Fi, making it ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the Algarve.The kitchen is equipped for convenient self catering and includes a coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and electric hob rings, along with dining utensils. A dining area provides space for enjoying meals together.The bedroom features twin beds which can set configured as twins or a double, and the apartment also includes a family bathroom. A hairdryer is available for guest use.Outside guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool which measures 12 by 12 metres and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are provided for added convenience. The gardens include grassed areas and trees creating a relaxing outdoor environment, and a gardener visits periodically to maintain the grounds. A communal barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking.Private parking is available within the property grounds. The apartment enjoys pleasant country, garden and pool views and provides a peaceful base for exploring Fuseta and the surrounding Algarve region.A refundable cash security deposit of €200 is required on arrival to cover any potential breakages or damages during your stay.
