With indoor area of 120 sqm and 40 sqm of terraces, it has two floors. In total there are two double bedrooms, studio apartment, three bathrooms and is suitable for six guests + 2 which can be accommodated on pull-out sofa in living room area. Second floor consist of two double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and terraces from where guests can enjoy beautiful view and relax in privacy. First floor has modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room. In living room there is big sofa which can be converted into double bed for 2 guests. In one corner there is utility room with washing machine. Stepping out from the first floor you are on terrace furnished with teak chairs and table for 8 people next to cozy barbecue. Even more relaxing is comfortable rattan sofa set. Stairs lead to the lower level of the terrace where are swimming pool with “built in” Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, deck chairs and umbrellas. Terrace is the perfect place for socilazing, having pleasure and fun. Often guests spend entire day on terrace in sunbathing, preparing barbecue, refreshing in pool always with amazing view over bay and crystal clear Adriatic sea. Parking is available outside the house and in the garage next to the house. Zaton is a small town not far from Dubrovnik that is named after a bay of irresistible beauty. The Renaissance summer manors of former Dubrovnik aristocracies are historical sites which makes Zaton bay recognizable as a Dubrovnik summer manor region. Set back from the coastline, Zaton offers pleasantly warm sea. Zaton is 9 km. (15 minutes drive) west of Dubrovnik and 25 km. (40 minutes drive) from the airport. Zaton bay is a quiet bay with no hotels and resorts and no traffic jams. If you want to enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the clean sea, the pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation then look no further. The Villa is 15 minutes walk from the centre of the village of Zaton Mali, where the nearest grocery store is located. The quickest way of reaching the store is to take the path which is a few metres from the Villa. That path also leads down to the main road from Dubrovnik to Split. Other solution is take 5 minutes drive by car which will take you down to shop or within few more minutes by car you will be on the beach. Next to Zaton Mali is situated Zaton Veliki village where you can find grocery store, a bank, a post office, pizza house, restaurants and bars. All that just 10 minutes driving from the villa or 20 minutes walk if taking path along the shore. 10 minutes driving from villa is 5 stars hotel “Radisson Blu resort & SPA” with many sport facilities, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, SPA & Wellness area, beaches which also villas guests can use.
