The house is made off a typical local black lava stone as many farm houses of the region in that period; in 2010 has been furnished with antique furniture and old carpets to preserve the spirit and the atmosphere of the old times, keeping anyhow an elegant country look, and without giving up any modern comfort. The house is laid out in two floors: at the ground floor there is a large dining room overlooking the green in front of the house and the porch on the rear side; close to it there is a large kitchen perfectly equipped, with also a big table for breakfast or other meals; on the back side of the kitchen there is another access to the porch and the ground floor rest room; in the middle of the ground floor is located a living room with sofa and armchairs, bookshelf and a superb fireplace dating from the building of the house; moving out from the living room one reaches a large bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom.
