The Villa features a main house spread over three floors, which offers 5 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, and it is suitable accommodation for 10 guests. A separate apartment has one double bedroom, a shower room, living room, dining room, the kitchen, and it is available for 2 additional guests. In total, it can accommodate 12 guests. At sea level, there is a private pier with stairs for a smooth entrance to the sea. There is a small and shallow pebble beach right next to it, perfect for small children. Situated right above the pier is a beautiful stone-paved terrace with a barbecue. The latest addition is a 7 x 3,30 meters large private swimming pool. Along the waterfront, there is a small two-bed apartment and bathroom with a shower and toilet. Above this apartment, there is a level one sea view terrace with seating, a low table, two wine refrigerators, and a sink, all equipped with lights to illuminate the area. The second level terrace offers a stone table for 10, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the fresh air. On the left side, there is a room with a toilet, bidet, and washing machine. The third level features two apartments with double beds, each with its own bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). At the same level are a fully equipped kitchen and a separate indoor dining room. In front of the house’s full length is a covered terrace with an outdoor bed, ideal for afternoon relaxation. The fourth level offers a large, partly covered terrace with a seating area and a dining area with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor fireplace. Indoors, there is a spacious living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. A small handy kitchen with sink and refrigerator is also in this area. The fifth level of the villa features a low loft double bed apartment with a bathroom, mostly used for service taking care of the house and the guests. The Villa is fully air-conditioned and has free access to Wi-Fi. The Villa is surrounded by greenery, pines, and palm trees ideal for natural shade and beautiful flowers, making it a perfect luxury accommodation in Hvar. A personal maid is at your service for daily light cleaning, bringing you cold drinks, and taking care of the parasols.
