The Villa is spread on three floors; ground floor, middle floor, and top floor. The ground floor comprises two modern en suite bedrooms with astonishing views of the sea, a large, private wine cellar, a relaxing cinema room, and a guest toilet. From this area, you will enter the upper floor through the indoor staircase. On entering the middle floor, you are met with light and spacious open plan living. A modern living room offers many places to relax, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table in the corner is ideal for enjoying a home cooked meal with your family and friends. This area is connected with a wonderful covered terrace with pool and sea views. Upstairs on the top floor, there’s a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with a sofa bed for two persons. These two bedrooms share a bathroom on this floor. The central relaxation spot is most definitely the terrace with a heated infinity swimming pool (30 m²) and the lounge area, surrounded by a designer landscaped garden. A hot shower and an outdoor toilet are set next to the pool. There is a cushioned seating area around a fire pit and a built-in barbecue next to it, with a large dining area perfect for an alfresco meal in the lower part of the garden. Few steps down on the beach are the sunbeds and a private jetty, which is ideal for the guests arriving with their own boat.
