Villa auf dem Hügel III - Mit Blick auf das Saronische Meer

The space Villa 3 is situated on the hill benefitting from breathtaking views of the saronic sea island of Spetses. The beaches are 5 minutes drive away from the villa. Guest access Each villa is independent with its own front door entrance and pool. All 4 villas are accessed by a main gate for which we will give you keys and remote. Other things to note You need to rent a car to move around the area. Please note there is no air conditioning on the ground floor and in one of the bedrooms in the lower ground floor which has a single bed and is small. We can supply a fan for that one though. The villa is part of 4 villas in a row making them ideal for a big group of friends. There are other villas scattered around the area. The beaches are a 10 minute drive on average from the villas by car.
