All the rooms have large windows opening out onto the balcony. The garden offers several outdoor dining areas and picnic spots, sunny and shady and hidden corners to day-dream and soak up the views on Lake Maggiore. Thanks to its south facing position you can enjoy the sun all day long at the pool area complete with changing rooms offering hot showers and fridge to keep the drinks cool and tasty.

The vacation villa is located on a quiet residential hill next to the town of Pallanza Verbania, only 1 km away from the charming centre with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Stroll along the lakeside promenade or hop on a ferry to explore the delights of Lake Maggiore including the Borromeo Islands, the town of Stresa, the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the Angera castle and you can even go all the way to Switzerland.
