The estate is composed of three separate buildings approximately 30 meters apart. The main house spans about 250 square meters across two floors connected by an external staircase. The first floor features a spacious 80 sqm living room with sofas and a dining table for 14 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace and direct access to an outdoor dining terrace for eight. This level also includes two double bedrooms with views of Mount Etna and open-plan ensuite bathrooms, one with a tub and shower and the other with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a converted wine cellar formerly used as the Palmento, now serving as a tasting room for DOC wines from the estate and surrounding area. This floor also houses a sitting room with a TV, a guest bathroom, and a laundry area. Nearby is a suite with a private entrance, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Annex 1, a two-floor structure of about 150 square meters, includes a ground floor living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to a shaded outdoor dining terrace for eight, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level, which offers two double bedrooms—one with an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage tub and balcony, and the other with a private bathroom with shower. A study completes this floor. Annex 2, measuring around 40 square meters, has two double bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, that share a bathroom with shower.

Situated on the slopes of Mount Etna in the heart of the Etna DOC wine region, the estate is close to the picturesque towns of Castiglione di Sicilia, Piedimonte, and Linguaglossa. The area is rich in wineries offering wine and food tastings, and Taormina is less than 30 minutes away. Outdoor activities including hiking, horseback riding, quad biking, and skiing on Mount Etna during the winter are easily accessible.
