The villa is surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical gardens, illuminated at night for a stunning visual effect. A private cenote adds a natural charm to the rear lawn, and swimming is possible at certain times of the year. The pool area provides direct access to the white sandy beach, and during June and July, guests may witness giant sea turtles nesting nearby.
