For wellness and fitness enthusiasts, the villa offers a fully equipped gym with two treadmills, a stepper, and weights. The plunge pool belongs to the first-floor Master Suite. The spa includes the sauna and hammam. The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a beautifully maintained garden, a heated ecologically purified 7x11m pool with hydromassage, sunbeds, a gazebo, a pool bar, an outdoor shower, and a WC. Guests can enjoy meals in the outdoor covered kitchen, which includes a traditional coal BBQ, gas BBQ, gas stoves, and a wood-fired oven. A unique feature of the villa is "The Concubine’s Well," an Ottoman ruin beautifully restored into an outdoor lounge with comfortable seating, creating a stunning and historical ambiance. For convenience, the villa is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and board, hairdryers, and a first-aid kit. The listed price covers accommodation for up to 10 guests; additional charges may apply for extra guests.
