Villa Duchesa will become your private summer heaven, offering uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea with a selection of lounging and dining areas. On the lower terrace, the sparkling salt-water infinity pool offers a breathtaking vista of Kalo Livadi's turquoise waters. Relax by the poolside on one of the sun-drenched loungers or take a seat on the shaded terrace above, which boasts a fabulous entertaining space, with an alfresco dining area and barbecue, perfectly positioned for soaking up the incredible views across Kalo Livadi Bay. The main house features a spacious living room, dining area with an open-plan kitchen, 6 bedrooms and WC. 4 bedrooms are en-suite and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
