The villa is completely fenced and surrounded by green hedges all around. The entrance on the north side leads to a free parking lot for four cars and is part of a landscaped yard where there is a children's playground and a mini-golf course (6 variants of the game). The children's playground on a safe surface is equipped with a swing, a climbing house, a slide and a sandpit. The villa spreads over three levels and with its four (4) bedrooms, three (3) bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and two terraces is ideal for up to eight (8) guests. On the first level (basement) in a full area is the so-called "Man Cave" which serves for rest and entertainment of the whole family. A corner with a wine shop, a billiard table (9 foot), table football, darts, gaming and sound units will delight both young and those slightly older guests. This house makes you feel at home because in the second level (high ground floor) you have a kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils for preparing and serving food, refrigerators and dishwashers. There are two large dining tables for eight (8) people, one of which is in the closed part and the other on the open, covered terrace equipped with a gas grill (WeberTM). The ground floor has one bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. Upstairs is reached by an internal stone staircase, secured by a railing and a handrail where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two spacious rooms share one bathroom. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom, an outdoor terrace covered with a pergola with seating (high quality rattan). Outdoor pool (47m2 - 9.4mx5m) and the beautifully landscaped sun deck offer you true moments of relaxation. Along with first-class deck chairs and umbrellas, there is a high-quality sitting set. Fans of sports activities at their disposal have a table tennis table, bicycles, a professional tennis court (dimensions 10,97m x 23,77m) and a boccie alley (dimensions 4m x 25m). Outside the object there is a basketball court and a small football playing ground.

The villa offers a stunning view over the fields and orchards towards Biokovo - a mountain with a root in the sea, and a peek in the lightnings. Biokovo Nature Park with the peak of Sveti Jure at 1762 meters in height, offers panoramic views of the sea and islands, the Imotski region, the mountains of Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring Italy. It is located on 1 hectare of family farm with an orchard with 350 trees of different fruit varieties: cherries, cherries, almonds, figs, pomegranates, quinces, plums, walnuts, grapes, apples and apricots. Our guests are also offered top-quality hand-made fruit syrups, jams, cherry wine and cherry liqueur (cherry brandy). The location of the whole place can be crossed by a pleasant walk because the traffic, except in the main street, is minimal.
