Beautiful traditional Finca, with high beamed ceilings, located in the the peaceful and calm agricultural area of Marraxi, which is just a few kilometres north of Palma - it takes approximately 12 minutes by car to Plaza Espana in Palma. It has a large plot of approximately 16.000 m2 of established garden with extensive lawns, offering complete privacy there are mature fruit and olive trees, a new private salt water pool approximately 5 x 10mtrs, there are ample loungers /parasols, quality day beds, a hammock for an afternoon siesta and several exterior dining areas to enjoy alfresco dining and the beautiful grounds.

The house itself is approximately 1000m2, with numerous sitting/ TV lounges and dining areas, there is high speed Wi-Fi internally and externally, a new kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances (fitted May 2022) and seven bedrooms (all of them with AC) and four of them have en-suite bathrooms, 1 bedroom is on the ground floor, the other 6 are located on the 1st floor, with fabulous far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. 5 hours daily housekeeping Mon - Friday is included in the rental.
