A sunny balcony with four loungers offers panoramic views across the valley and up to Savoleyers. There is also a small shower room on this floor. The top floor houses two beautiful, light wooden panelled twin/double bedrooms. The Master bedroom includes access to a private balcony and an airy bathroom, while the second bedroom features a stunning floor-to-ceiling glass window with views of the Grand Combin range and an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms and their bathrooms are flooded with natural light thanks to the large skylights.

The property is ideally positioned next to the Les Esserts beginner slope, offering convenient ski-in access through Hameau to the Le Rouge piste when weather permits.
