No running on the pool deck and no diving. Do not move any furniture. Nothing other than toilet paper down the toilets. Avoid putting grease down the sink. Parents - if you have young children, please utilize the door and window alarms that are on every single door leading to the pool area, so you are alerted if a child is to open the door and head towards the pool without your supervision. Quiet hours are after 10 pm - please respect the neighbors, who are full time residents.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Check-in is at 4 pm Check-out is at 10 am -The minimum age for check-in is at least 25 years old. - NO PETS ALLOWED. - Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors - Trash pickup days: Monday and Thursday - There is one security camera solely to keep track of our cleaning team, located above the garage. - Parking for 3 cars max. 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. - The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay. - We provide a cooler, an extra ice machine, 6 beach chairs, and an umbrella! GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation. Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival. Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
