The property has 15 bedrooms between the main house, the guest house, and the poolhouse. There are even 5 more bedrooms for staff in the service house so you can bring your entire entourage with you. You’ll wake up every day in the warmth of the Marbella sun with a beautiful sea view. A luxury property is more than just bedrooms. There’s a sauna, a gym, a cinema and 2 pools for you to enjoy at your leisure. The main, infinity pool is heated to a perfect temperature. There’s also a beautifully maintained garden to stroll through when you need a quiet moment to yourself. Services included in our rates: - Continental breakfast - Daily cleaning - Linen changed every two/three days depending on the number of guests - Garden and pool maintenance - Utilities, including pool heating - A House Manager and all cleaning and maintenance staff. ( Maintenance staff are not to work at night as concierges, they can be reached out for medical emergencies or crises at night.) Services not included in our rates: - Extra services like 24h-concierge, nannies, security, personal chef, yoga trainers, etc. - Food and beverages. We can stock the fridge and pantry upon guests' request and will later bill them

Additional House Rules: Family celebrations, gatherings, and similar activities are accepted. But no large parties or events that disrupt peace in the neighborhood. Bachelor parties, or large groups of young people planning to organize parties at the house, are strictly forbidden. Marbella's city ordinance establishes 00:00 hours as a limit for music and loud noises. - The property is available for weddings that include a minimum week rental, too. This would be negotiated individually. - The property is also available for cocktail parties, photo shoots, or other corporate events. We would negotiate the usage of the property and prices individually. - Use of the property as filming location is strictly forbidden, unless it is considered a corporate event, as above.
