The apartment’s entrance is on the second floor of the building (no lift) and on this level are the south facing living area, which has a fireplace, and the open plan kitchen-dining room, all of which has access to a sunny balcony/terrace with a view of the Matterhorn. During the summer of 2023. the apartment is undergoing extensive modernisation to include two additional bathrooms, a new staircase between the two levels and redecoration throughout. In the circumstances, the photos that appear on this site show the apartment as it was rather than as it will be once the building works have been completed in time for the start of the winter 2023/2024 season.
