A fully equipped kitchen and a communal bathroom with a shower add to the convenience. A fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed is also located on this level, making it an ideal space for additional guests. The villa also features a dedicated laundry room with a washer-dryer machine. This villa is designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs. Upon request, the ground-floor bedroom can be adapted with a single mattress (0.80m x 2.00m), and the en-suite bathroom is already equipped for accessibility. A pool lift can also be installed with at least seven days’ advance notice.

The private pool can be heated free of charge from March to the end of May and from mid-September to the end of November. The pool temperature is maintained at approximately 26–27°C, depending on weather conditions, and requires seven days’ advance notice. From 2024, in accordance with Greek legislation (Article 53 of Law 4389/2016), a resilience fee to the climate crisis applies. This fee is €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March. Payment is required via bank transfer or credit card upon booking.
