The villa is nestled in the serene and picturesque area of Falassarna, known for its golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. This location offers a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, with traditional tavernas, cafes, and shops within easy reach. The villa is part of a luxury complex consisting of four independent villas, offering flexibility for larger groups traveling together. Guests can book multiple villas based on the size of their group. A resilience fee to the climate crisis applies, amounting to €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable in cash upon arrival. The complimentary car includes basic insurance, with an option to upgrade to full insurance for an additional cost. Guests wishing to upgrade to a higher car category may do so for an extra fee.
