HERVORRAGENDES 5-ZIMMER-CHALET MIT SCHÖNEM BERGBLICK

The complete renovation, finished in the fall of 2023, comfortably accommodates 8 adults and 4 children. The garden level comprises 2 ensuite bedrooms and a dormitory with 4 bunk beds. Upstairs, another ensuite bedroom and, facing an impressive lava stone fireplace, a magnificent living area under exposed beams that opens onto a large granite terrace with outdoor seating. The upper floor is dedicated to the homeowners, featuring over 65m2 of bedroom, bathroom, office, sitting area, and a large balcony. A play area with darts game and Play Station completes the ensemble in the basement. On the level of the ground floor bedrooms, a large Zellige steam room will be the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing or hiking. The clean and refined style of the decoration reveals the beauty of natural raw materials such as lauze, pietra Patagonia, various stones in the bathrooms, and the essences of walnut, oak, and old wood from the Alps. Finally, high-quality contemporary furniture and artworks (Gubi, Tom Dixon, Riva 1920, Mooi, ...) and the warmth of fabrics (Pierre Frey) add the finishing touch to this splendid property.
