The villa spans more than 300 m² and accommodates up to 8 guests in comfort. The main house includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The living room is bright and spacious with different areas for relaxation, including a reading corner, two sofas that can be configured for additional guests, cable TV, and a fireplace. Next to the main house is a separate one-bedroom chalet (T1) with a private bathroom. In total, the property offers four bathrooms with showers and comes fully prepared with linens, towels, and complimentary amenities. High-speed WiFi is available throughout. The outdoor area features a private saltwater swimming pool, an extensive garden with an apple orchard, a furnished terrace, and a barbecue by the pool. All rooms open directly onto the pool area, allowing guests to enjoy perfect sun exposure throughout the day.

The villa is located in the heart of the Douro, a region known for its historic charm, landscapes, and welcoming traditions. Nearby towns such as Lamego and Favaios provide opportunities to discover local customs and gastronomy.
