It accommodates up to 10 guests in two master bedrooms and four additional rooms that can be arranged as twin or double. The entrance opens into a large, high-ceilinged living space with a modern open-plan kitchen, a suspended fireplace, generous seating areas, and a hand-made oak dining table facing east towards panoramic windows. An elegant sitting room with wood-burning stove, cinema area, and reading corners lies on the lower floor, leading directly to the outdoor jacuzzi terrace. The first master bedroom is located here. On the lowest level, five individually designed bedrooms reflect unique styles, from Art Deco and Biedermeier to seasonal themes, each with its own bathroom. Beside the main chalet is a picture-perfect secondary chalet that can be enjoyed as a children’s playroom, a yoga or massage studio, or as additional accommodation for a couple or small group of friends.

The property is located in the Méribel Valley, offering sweeping views over thirteen surrounding villages and settlements, with the majestic Grand Bec mountain rising 3,400 meters to the east. Its serene surroundings are defined by the silence of nature, interrupted only by birdsong.
