The property is equipped with exterior security cameras, but there are no carbon monoxide alarms reported. Additional house rules include the prohibition of parties, events, and the use of firearms or prohibited substances on the premises. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
