Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is picked up by the city on certain days. We will let you know the night before so you can leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards, ready for pick-up at 7 a.m. the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee of $150 USD per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. The number of pets you bring must be discussed and authorized by us in advance. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. 14. Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation. 15. No weapons of any kind are permitted on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers and explosives. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to local authorities.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Pool and Kiddie Pool are NOT HEATED The usage of the pool is under the renters own risk and responsibility. ***POOL LIGHTS OUT OF SERVICE*** (POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED) *The landskeeper will go once a week* *Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable. * Please note - our fireplace in the master bedroom is not active at the moment. Please refrain from any use of it. *Our storage its on the backyard of the house, we might need to go there once every other day but we will let you know beforehand. ★ This home have a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider,lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest / bugs control★ ★ There's a guest house completely separated from the house, however you may find cars parking there and is for the other guest ★parking its on the front of the house.
