Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please avoid making loud noises or hosting parties during these hours. 5. Guest Count: Only the number of guests specified in your reservation is permitted. 6. Trash Disposal: Garbage must be placed in the containers located on Heritage Crossing Way, in front of the K building. Important: Do not leave trash outside the house or move the containers from their designated location, as this may result in resort fines. 7. Access Card: Losing the access card will result in a replacement cost added to your account. 8. Linens and Towels: Bed linens and towels must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage will result in additional charges to your account. 9. Forgotten Items: The return of forgotten items incurs an administrative fee of $150 plus shipping costs. Payment must be made in advance to process the return. 10. Complimentary Supplies: Basic supplies are provided as a courtesy for the first few days of your stay. We recommend purchasing additional items for your comfort.
