Please note: No third-party suppliers are allowed at the villa; all in-villa services will be provided by in-house or local staff. If you wish to bring external staff or suppliers (i.e. cooks, maids, musicians, etc.), you will need to request this in advance and, if accepted by the owner, separate terms will be provided. No parties, weddings or large gatherings are allowed at the property without previous written permission. Extra fees may apply if a gathering is granted by the owner. Mandatory Accidental Damage Waiver An Accidental Damage Coverage (ADC) of EUR 175 will be added to each booking to protect guests for up to EUR 2,500 in accidental damages at the villa. For damages of a value which is above EUR 2,500, guests will be asked to pay based upon the value of the damage caused. The fee will be added to the balance payment.
