SUPPLIES INCLUDED We included basic supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dish pods, ground and K-Cup coffee. Kitchen with all cooking and dining essentials! RESORT ACCESS Your booking includes access to TWO RESORT-STYLE Clubhouses! Retreat Clubhouse (less than 1/4 mile from the house) with waterpark slides, pool, bar & restaurant AND Oasis Clubhouse , which includes things like a lazy river, Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Movie Theater, and more! Cleanliness, guest service and safety are our primary concern! We take special care to ensure the home is completely sanitized after each stay by our professional cleaning team, inspected by management and documented using industry-leading technology. We even go as far as to utilize ultraviolet sanitizers to sanitize TV, game console and ceiling fan remote controls after each stay! If you find anything that is not up to these cleanliness standards, or if anything seems out of place, please message us as soon as you discover. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 10 AM. Champions Gate is a secure community with guards at all entries. All drivers will need to be added to the guest list prior to arrival and provide I.D. at the guard shack. You will be issued an orange guest pass which will also provide admission to the club houses. Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee of $50 per pet, per night. Pets must never be left in the home unattended unless locked in a crate. Must be on a leash when leaving the property and owner must maintain control of the animal at all times. Booking guest is responsible for any damage to the property or any other issues caused by pets brought to the property. We utilize "PhoneSoap" ultraviolet sanitizers to clean and sanitize all TV and game console controllers after each stay! -Professional and Highly trained cleaning crew -Gift tray with dish soap, laundry pods, candy & coffee -All towels for pool and bathrooms provided -Pack-N-Play with bassinet -High Chair -Trash pickup is every morning, simply place trash in receptacle right outside front door. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware and has a full line of new appliances as well as blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker included. The dining area has seating for 8 adults, along with all the necessary dinnerware and dining set. OUTDOOR SPACE: Private pool & spa on site with large covered outdoor seating area and dining table. (Additional charge for heat ($50 per night) and grill($70 per tank). Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a fee or $50 per dog, per night. No dangerous breed dogs Free parking in driveway and on the street. Limit of 6 cars permitted to enter the community by security guards *Be careful not to block sidewalks, fire hydrants or other driveways*

The home is located in Champions Gate, one of Orlando's top neighborhoods. Champions Gate is a gated neighborhood with a fun resort area that guests will have full access to. Golf, tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts also available.

Quiet hours: 20:00 to 8:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: Primary booking guest will be required to sign our rental agreement, provide proof of identification by providing a photograph of their identification and a selfie. A list of all guests entering the community must be provide at least 48 hours prior to check in. Each adult will need to provide their ID at the security gate to enter. Maximum of 6 vehicles allowed into the community per property reservation. Children must be supervised by an adult at all time at the home, around the home, at the clubhouses and anywhere in the community. Quiet time is sun down until sun up. Please be courteous with noise levels at all times, as this is a family oriented community. Security does patrol the community and may ask you to lower noise levels. Repeat violations will result in eviction without compensation. If this property allows dogs, and additional fee is required for each dog, per night, with the exception of certified service animals. (Emotional support animals are not considered support animals by the State of Florida). Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Never leave a pet unsupervised in the house. Damage caused by pets will be billed to the booking guest. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms, and please only eat in the designated surfaces (Dining room table, counter, outside furniture, etc.) A $15 per day, per electric vehicle fee will apply for Electric Vehicle charging. This fee will be charged for each day of the stay, not just on days the vehicle is charged.
