On the ground level, the living room features a plush sofa and a 43’’ Smart TV with satellite channels, all overlooking the private pool and the Cretan Sea. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, ideal for preparing meals. The dining area accommodates up to 4 guests. Two bedrooms are located on this floor. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and air conditioning, while the second bedroom also features a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and direct access to the pool terrace. A communal bathroom with a shower adds extra convenience. The loft area offers an open-plan bedroom with twin beds, a cozy sofa that can be converted into two single beds upon request (at an extra cost), and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Located in the charming village of Kefalas, the villa is set in a peaceful area surrounded by stunning views of the Cretan Sea and landscapes. Despite its secluded atmosphere, the villa is a short drive from the beaches of Apokoronas and the bustling town of Chania, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.

A climate resilience fee applies, per article 53 of Law 4389/2016, amounting to 2€ per night from April to October and 0.5€ per night from November to March. This fee is payable via bank transfer or credit card upon booking. For larger groups, the villa is part of a complex with two additional villas, which can be booked together.
