Designed as two mirrored residential modules, it includes two fully equipped kitchens, two spacious living rooms, and six en-suite bedrooms. Large windows, stylish furnishings, and natural light give the interiors a refreshing, open feel. In the basement, guests can unwind in the wellness area featuring a heated indoor pool, sauna, and a game room with PlayStation 4, billiards, foosball, and darts. Outdoors, the landscaped garden is home to two infinity pools, sun loungers, a summer kitchen with BBQ, and a shaded dining area—ideal for al fresco meals and soaking in the serene surroundings.

Located in the picturesque village of Bale, a medieval town built on a hill and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the area is rich in history and culture. Known for its cobbled streets and 15th-century castle, Bale hosts numerous cultural events in summer, including the renowned Last Minute Open Jazz Festival. Istria is famous for its world-class olive oil, truffles, and wines such as Malvazija and Teran, making it a top destination for food and wine lovers. The nearby San Polo and Colone beaches offer beautiful, family-friendly coastal experiences.
