All rooms are air-conditioned, have direct access to a terrace, and offer views of the garden and pool. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes two dishwashers and a wine cellar with an 80-bottle capacity. The villa’s dining service accommodates up to 12 guests. Linen is provided for up to 10 people. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into the outdoor spaces, where guests can enjoy a heated 11.5 x 3.5-meter swimming pool with a salt electrolysis system, secured by a curtain. Sun loungers, large parasols, a circular double bed, and pool toys are available. High-speed fiber optic internet, a SONOS sound system, and smart home automation accessible by smartphone enhance the villa’s functionality. Security is ensured with peripheral and volumetric alarms, surveillance cameras in the garden, and centralized roller shutters. Housekeeping is provided for 4 hours per day.
