Daily housekeeping is also provided Monday through Saturday, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time in Punta Mita. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast on the terrace, spending the day at the Beach Clubs, or exploring Punta Mita by golf cart, HDM 201 provides a comfortable and convenient setting for your stay. HDM 201 is professionally managed by Mita Rentals, a local vacation rental company specializing in Punta Mita stays.

Hacienda de Mita is a gated residential community located within Punta Mita Resort. Its convenient location provides access to participating Beach Clubs, golf facilities, restaurants and resort amenities, while offering the privacy and relaxed atmosphere of a residential community. The nearby Punta de Mita village offers additional restaurants, shops and local experiences.

Premier Membership Premier Membership privileges are included with your stay. Access to participating Beach Clubs and resort facilities is subject to Punta Mita's current policies, availability and applicable fees. Golf Access to Punta Mita golf facilities is available through the applicable membership privileges. Golf rounds, tee times and green fees are not included and must be arranged separately. Beach Club Access Fee A Beach Club access fee applies per person, per stay (up to 30 days): • Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $66.70 • Children (ages 5–12): USD $40.02 • Children under 5: No charge Taxes and service charge are included in the amounts above. Once your booking is confirmed, our Pre-Arrival team will assist with the registration and applicable fee. Pool 2 Maintenance Notice – Hacienda de Mita Please note that Pool 2 is temporarily affected by maintenance work due to a water leak. Repairs may generate some noise during working hours, and there is currently no estimated completion date. Pools 1 and 3 remain available for guest use. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
