The villa spans 75 square meters across two floors and accommodates up to 4 guests. The ground floor features an open-plan living space with a comfortable sofa, a 50" Smart satellite TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. Large glass doors connect the interior to the private pool area, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a kitchen island with two bar stools makes dining at home easy and enjoyable. There are two bedrooms, both furnished with king-size Coco-Mat beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters. The ground-floor bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a 44" Smart TV, air conditioning, and direct pool access. The upstairs bedroom also has a private ensuite with a shower, a 44" Smart TV, air conditioning, and access to a private balcony. The outdoor space measures 100 square meters and features a private swimming pool of 20 square meters with a depth of 1.40 meters. The pool area is equipped with two sunbeds, two sez long chairs, side tables, and a poolside shower. A pergola-shaded dining area and a barbecue corner with an electric grill and sink make it ideal for al fresco meals.

Located in a tranquil seaside village just 5 km from the lively center of Chania, the villa is a short 450-meter walk to the sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi. Other nearby beaches include Chrissi Akti, Glaros, and Kalamaki, all known for their clear waters and great facilities. Essentials such as supermarkets, a minimarket, tavern, bakery, gas station, pharmacy, and butcher are all within close range.

Daily housekeeping is provided except on Sundays and public holidays. For stays of 5 to 7 days, one change of linens and towels is included; for stays over 7 days, linen and towels are changed every 4 days. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (TAKK) resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2€ per night/villa from April to October and 0.5€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
